2. It is open to East African residents aged 18 years old and above.
3. A member can only hold one account
4. The staff, their families or entities affiliated directly to the company shall not participate.
5. The promotion will run till further notice
6. Applicants who would like to join this program need to register on 40025
7. Once the applicant has registered it means that he/she has agreed to all terms and conditions set on the Pata Chapaa Na Crystal Promotion.
8. Crystal Paints reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time and shall notify the members
9. The member will redeem cash
10. Points are non-transferable.
11. Any deceased person’s points will be null and void and cannot be inherited by his/her next of kin.  
12. The promotion does not require anyone to make any payment. Beware of Scammers.
13. The promotion is offered at the sole discretion of Crystal Paints Adhesives.
14. Crystal Paints & Adhesives reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time and has the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel partial or the whole of this program at its discretion without giving any notice and all points will be considered null and void.
15. Any inactive member who stays on the platform with zero activity in the last three months from the date of registration or has done zero activity for over three months
16. Points earned by all the members will be checked and verified by Basco Product (K) Ltd.
17. Crystal Paints & Adhesives reserves the right to request proof of purchase from members on a case-to-case basis.
18. Accumulated points that are not redeemed within 18 months will be considered invalid.
